Our Volunteer Management Toolkit is designed to be used by Trustees, Managers and Volunteer Coordinators to help attract, manage and retain volunteers, whether you are starting from scratch or looking to enhance or review your existing volunteering programme.
This section includes adaptable templates on planning volunteer involvement, creating policies and procedures, and tips for motivating volunteers online. If you would like any further information on the guidance provided or would like to make a suggestion on a resource that could be added, we would love to hear from you.
The resources below offer a guide for how you could create your own versions and are a mix of online Google forms, which you can recreate and adapt, and word documents, which you can download and edit. We're relatively new to using Google forms as a tool, but Covid-19 has prompted us to review many of our own processes, making the move from paper to digital, enabling us to react quickly and efficiently.
