MAPS Mentoring and Advocacy Practitioner

Exciting opportunity to join the MAPS Team

Volunteer Centre Sutton is looking for two enthusiastic and committed youth workers to join as a Mentoring and Advocacy Practitioner.

We have two vacancies: one full-time post (36 hours) and one part-time (24 hours).

MAPS supports children and young people who may be experiencing challenges in their lives, helping them to build confidence, develop positive relationships and have their voices heard. These roles offer the opportunity to work directly with young people alongside mentors, families and partner organisations, making a real difference to their lives. 

We are looking for people who are approachable, motivated and able to build trusting relationships with young people, with the skills and experience to provide effective mentoring and advocacy support.      

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly and committed team and contribute to a well established service that supports young people in Sutton.
