Community Health and Wellbeing Worker

Community Health and Wellbeing Workers provide holistic support for entire households in specifically targeted areas. In Partnership with​ South London Partners, including Benhill and Belmont and Robin Hood Lane GP Health Centres.

This exciting local initiative is part of a nationwide project, aimed at putting Community Health and Wellbeing Workers at the heart of primary care. 

Willing to consider Full or Part time hours for the right candidate. Initial Pilot 12 months, with view to extend £28,480 FTE

The deadline for receipt of applications is 9am Monday 11^th May 2026.  Interviews for the shortlisted candidates will be held from Monday 18^th May 2026. If you have not heard from us by Thursday 14^th May, assume you have not been shortlisted.  Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to all applicants for feedback on applications.
