What you will be doing
We're the charity that supports people as they become parents.
Local NCT groups and activities are an essential part of what we do.
Our aim is to build welcoming and inclusive communities that improve the wellbeing of parents.
As a social media volunteer you will help make this possible by playing an important role by driving online engagement and bringing more attention to our charity.
This flexible role can be done from home at a time to suit you.
Social Media Volunteer What’s involved?
To do this role you will need to have your own Facebook account or be able to create your own account.
Help us develop and execute a social media strategy to help us increase engagement, improve the number of followers/likes, create & execute a content calendar
Produce fresh and engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram)
Engage with our followers and encourage interaction
Manage and maintain social media channels on a regular basis
Identifying opportunities to establish relationships with local community groups
Advertising volunteering opportunities
Thinking of innovitave ways to drive online engagement
Identifying target audiences

What's the time commitment?
This is a flexible role that can fit around your commitments and availability
The time you will spend volunteering may vary depending on the number of activities you are supporting. You could volunteer with as little as 2 hours per month • We’re ideally looking for people who can volunteer for at least 6 months
