EcoLocal is an independent charity that acts as a hub for community-led projects, events and activities. Our aim is to "achieve strong, vibrant communities in a healthy environment".
What you will be doing
Are you good at maintaining and re-conditioning bicycles? We are looking for volunteers to work with our cycle instructors to maintain our fleet of over 70 accessible cycles including adult trikes, go carts, wheelchair bikes, 3 wheel tandems, hand cycles and more! Tasks include:
- Re-conditioning cycles, adjusting brakes/gears, and replacing worn parts.
- Helping keep the workshop and tools organized.
- Supporting smooth, inclusive cycling sessions for all abilities.

Time Commitment:
Weekly or fortnightly at one of our sessions which run on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings
