What you will be doing

Making sandwiches, rolls to order. Making hot drinks and serving customers. Cleaning up at end of shift.

Hot drinks and also cold cans, bottles etc. No hot food.
Cleaning up, preparing sandwich ingredients for making up sandwiches and rolls.
Serving customers.

Talking to staff, visitors and patients. Serving customers and being able to cope in a busy environment. Cleaning up at the end of the day and preparing sandwich fillings.

What's the time commitment and where? 

Time Commitment

Three to five hours per shift, most volunteers do one or two shifts a week

Disability and Access Support

Being in the hospital there are wide doorways, ramps. Unfortunately, we are unable to have wheelchair users as there is not enough room behind our counters.
