What you will be doing
Following up on leads generated by external platforms of people interested in a challenge for Rainbow Trust
Tracking supporters fundraising targets
Analysing data and running reports, providing data analysis for the team
Providing general administrative support to the team, including data entry
Writing volunteer briefs for events
Scoping out new events that Rainbow Trust could partner with
Scoping out marketing opportunities for the events in the portfolio
Attending events to support the team where you can
What's in it for you?
A dedicated member of Rainbow Trust staff will guide and support you in your work You will receive a full induction to the charity and a programme of training relevant to your role, to help you get the most from your time with us Training will cover areas such as safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and GDPR, as well as our IT systems All volunteers will receive regular opportunities for informal and formal catch ups with their manager

What's the time commitment and where?
We are looking for support weekly or bi-weekly on weekday during daytime hours; times and days will be agreed between the volunteer and Sports and Events Fundraiser To enable you to get the most out of your volunteer role, we are looking for volunteers who are available to volunteer for the next 12 months
Location: Head Office, Cassini Court, Randalls Way, Leatherhead, KT22 7TW
