Volunteering with Sutton Sea Cadets isn’t just about giving back - it’s about learning new skills, meeting great people, and helping young cadets grow into confident, capable leaders. No prior experience is needed - we provide full training and support to equip you with everything you need.

What will you do?
Run fun, engaging activities that develop teamwork & leadership
Mentor and guide young cadets as they grow in confidence
Learn new skills yourself—navigation, first aid, sailing
Work alongside like-minded volunteers in a welcoming environment

Flexible part-time opportunities available, including trial periods. We meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
