About the Organisation
The Hello Club is a community group for the over 50s, based in Sutton. It is run by volunteers and was founded in 2013. Our aim is to create a warm and friendly atmosphere where people can meet others and have an enjoyable afternoon. We run three sessions each week, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
What you will be doing
As a Volunteer Driver/Befriender, you will help a new member settle in to the grap, bringing them to the club from their home, staying with them for the session and dropping them home afterwards. Ideally you would be able to do this for 4 consecutive sessions until they feel established but this is flexible.
