Citizens Advice Sutton provides free, impartial, independent and confidential advice and assistance to people living or working in Sutton. This could be help with benefits, housing, consumer, employment and debt as well as other areas.
What you will be doing
- Ask questions to get a good understanding of the issue and what client wants to achieve.
- Undertake research online and offline to identify next steps for the client, including providing practical assistance in the form of ringing an external agency on client's behalf or completing a form.
- Write up case notes on our online customer relations database.

What's the time commitment and where?
Time Commitment
Minimum 1 day a week - (Monday - Friday) 10am - 3pm
