About the Organisation

Healthwatch Sutton is an independent organisation which collects peoples' feedback about health and social care services in Sutton. 

What you will be doing

  • Giving feedback about your Practice. As a patient, what has worked well and what could improve?
  • Hearing the latest updates from your Practice and thinking about how patients can help
  • Meeting with other patients and Practice staff a few times a year

What skills will you need?

No skills needed, just an interest in helping your GP and constructively sharing your experiences of the Practice.

What's the time commitment and where? 

Time Commitment: 

• Each Practice’s PPG is different. Meetings are typically up to 4 times a year
• Meetings are either during the day or in the evening
• Meetings are always on a weekday
 

Role Address: Meetings are a mixture of in person and online
