About the Organisation
Volunteer Centre Sutton’s Health Navigators is a community ‘outreach’ programme, conducting sessions at events, group meetings and local workplaces. Early health intervention and support can have a huge impact on health outcomes and quality of life of local people.
What you will be doing
As a Health Navigator Volunteer, you will:
- Complete training to carry out health checks (blood pressure, pulse).
- Welcome residents and explain the process to help them feel comfortable.
- Record results, provide information, and signpost to health services or community activities.
- Support with setting up sessions, data recording, and sharing case studies.
- Work with fellow volunteers to improve health and wellbeing in Sutton.

DBS check will be undertaken by Volunteer Centre Sutton.
