Community Donations & Data Bank Coordinator - Cre8 Football

The Community Donations & Data Bank Coordinator helps Cre8 Football manage and grow our local impact through coordination of community donations and support of our Data Bank activities. This includes overseeing data recording for our national digital inclusion network contributions and managing donations we receive from local businesses and organisations.

About the Organisation

Cre8 Football supports local families through football, learning, and community projects, including our Data Bank and digital inclusion initiatives across South London.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate donations Cre8 gives to the community, such as school raffles and local events.
  • Record and monitor donations Cre8 receives from businesses and partner organisations.
  • Support and track data hub activities, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Help promote our digital inclusion and community support work.
  • Occasionally attend local community events to represent Cre8.

What skills will you need?

  • Good organisation and record-keeping skills.
  • Confident with digital systems(training provided) and basic data entry.
  • Interest in community development and digital inclusion.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

A DBS check will be required.

What's the time commitment and where? 

Time Commitment:

Approximately 4–7 hours per week, flexible (can be done on different days to fit volunteer avaiability). 

Location:

Role can be completed remotely, with office space available in Croydon or Sutton if required. Occasional in-person visits beneficial.
