About the Organisation
Sutton Ecology Centre is the hub for environmental education in the borough. We run a range of school, holiday and community group sessions to engage and connect people with nature.
What you will be doing
You will be supporting the Biodiversity Education Officer with the organisation and admin for school bookings. This will involve:
- Using google drive, gmail, google docs, google sheets, downloading documents.
- Sending emails with attachments.
- Updating google calendar.
- Collating stats on spreadsheets.

What skills will you need?
- You'll need your own laptop/device to run Google Workspace.
- You'll need to have a good working knowledge of Google Workspace including Gmail, google docs and sheets.
- You'll need to be organised and reliable.
What's the time commitment and where?
Time Commitment:
You will need to come to Carshalton for some initial training and to set you up on the London Borough of Sutton's employee system. Apart from that, you'll be working from home under your own steam, but you can ask for help and support at any time.
The amount of commitment is seasonal. Roughly 2-3 hours per month throughout the year, but little to no hours in Nov/Dec, and more hours in Spring and Summer.

From home, but attending the Sutton Ecology Centre in Carshalton for some initial training and set up.
