Women’s Wellness Hub Support Volunteer - Train Together London CIC

We are looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to help support the smooth running of the Women’s Wellness Hub sessions. Volunteers play an important role in creating a warm, safe and inclusive atmosphere for women attending the hub and will support both the opening and closing of each session.

About the Organisation

The Train Together Women’s Wellness Hub is a welcoming, community-based space for women in Sutton to relax, connect, and access informal support. The hub offers a calm and inclusive environment where women can socialise, enjoy refreshments, take part in creative activities, and be signposted to local services where needed.

What you will be doing

  • Welcoming women as they arrive and helping them feel comfortable.
  • Supporting set-up and pack-down of the space before and after sessions.
  • Helping prepare and serve tea and coffee.
  • Engaging positively with attendees through conversation and informal support.
  • Assisting with light creative or group activities, such as the community sewing tapestry.
  • Signposting attendees to local support services when appropriate (guidance provided).
  • Working alongside Train Together staff and other volunteers to ensure sessions run smoothly.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries.
  • No formal qualifications are required. Training and guidance will be provided.

What's the time commitment and where? 

Time Commitment:

Sessions: 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month  11am – 2pm
Start date: From 5th February 2026
