About the Organisation
We provide physiotherapy and occupational therapy to people living with a neurological condition, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, acquired brain and spinal injury and Stroke survivors.
What you will be doing
As our Refreshements Co-ordinator volunteer, you will be:
- Welcoming members and visitors and signposting accordingly.
- To make hot/cold drinks and serve light refreshments (biscuits/cake)
- To talk with members and carers to ensure that they feel welcome and included.
- Assist with the arrangements for fundraising events/activities at the Centre (e.g. selling raffle tickets to members and visitors) as required.

What skills will you need?
- Reliability – commitment to a regular time-slot each week.
- Friendly, approachable with good verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, particularly listening.
- Ability to work confidentially in a patient, tactful, and sensitive manner.
- Ability to work calmly.
What's the time commitment and where?
Time Commitment:
Thursdays weekly - 10.30am to 2.15pm.
