What you will be doing
In this role you will:
- Lead lively bingo sessions, calling numbers in classic traditional style (“66 – Clickety Click!”, “88 – Two Fat Ladies!”, and more).
- Keep each game running smoothly at an enjoyable, steady pace.
- Check winning cards when needed – FULL HOUSE!
- Help create a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for all participants.

What skills will you need?
- A friendly, confident personality.
- Clear speaking and good people skills.
- A sense of fun and humour.
- Patience and reliability.
- Plenty of enthusiasm and community spirit.
- No bingo experience needed – if you don’t know the bingo calls, we’ll give you a handy list!I
All our volunteers are required to complete an Enhanced DBS check. This is arranged by Southern Oaks is supported by references and other suitability checks.
