What you will be doing
Duties on the evening before (6 – 8 pm) and on the day itself could include :
- Assisting the team setting up tables and gazebos.
- Helping stall-holders to ensure all their needs are met.
- Decorating the site with bunting and banners.
- Assisting at stalls such as Aunt Sally or refreshments.
- Looking after the performers, e.g. offering them refreshments.
- Helping to maintain stalls and keep site tidy.
- Helping to clear everything away at the end.

What's the time commitment and where?
Time Commitment:
- You could offer to help for the whole event (including prep and tidy-up this is 9 a.m. to 5 pm) on Saturday 4th July
- Or commit to a two-hour ‘shift, for example the prep Friday 3rd July 6 – 8 pm, Saturday 4th July setting up 9 – 11 a.m., party 11-1, 1-3, or 3-5 pm.
