Volunteer Bookkeeper Accountant - Team Imagineers

Team Imagineers is seeking a reliable Volunteer Bookkeeper or Accountant to support our charity with financial administration. This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills to make a positive impact in the community while gaining valuable charity sector experience.

Team Imagineers, charity since 2016, employs professional artists to deliver well-being, community art workshops by co-creating; with an increasing emphasis on the environment. 

What you will be doing

Role Responsibilities:

  • Organise invoices, receipts, and financial records.
  • Record income and expenditure accurately using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Help maintain orderly financial records to support our annual accounts and reporting.

What skills will you need?

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance (professional, voluntary, retired, or studying).
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Reliability and the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills with charity staff, able to respond promptly.
  • 18+ only

What's the time commitment and where? 

Time commitment:

Once a week in your own time, maximum two hours.

At home, online
