Team Imagineers, charity since 2016, employs professional artists to deliver well-being, community art workshops by co-creating; with an increasing emphasis on the environment.
What you will be doing
Role Responsibilities:
- Organise invoices, receipts, and financial records.
- Record income and expenditure accurately using Excel spreadsheets.
- Help maintain orderly financial records to support our annual accounts and reporting.

What skills will you need?
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance (professional, voluntary, retired, or studying).
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Reliability and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills with charity staff, able to respond promptly.

What's the time commitment and where?
Time commitment:
Once a week in your own time, maximum two hours.
