As the charity arm of the LEO Academy Trust, we are passionately dedicated to supporting the families and neighbours who live in our local community.

What you will be doing

Connect with locals while running our cafe! You’ll handle setup, take orders, serve drinks and snacks, process payments, and ensure the space is clean and tidy at closing.

What skills will you need?

You don't need any prior cafe experience to join us! We are simply looking for reliable, friendly individuals with a welcoming attitude and great communication skills. Basic numeracy for handling payments is helpful, along with a willingness to get stuck in and work as a team.

Minimum age 18+

This organisation will need to carry out a DBS check for this role. Find out more about DBS checks for volunteers.

What's the time commitment and where? 

Time commitment:

The community Hubs will be open from 8.00am-10.00am and then again at 2.00pm-4.00pm.
This includes set up and closing down time.
Monday to Friday during term time only.
We are building a pool of volunteers so that we can have a rota so you can do volunteer at a time and day that suits you.
