Health Navigators

Our volunteer Health Navigators offer free blood pressure and pulse checks, helping residents access vital health information. The project runs in partnership with the London Borough of Sutton’s Public Health Directorate.

Residents can come along to a session and have blood pressure and pulse checks done and have it recorded for you to take it to your GP, if needed. Our Health Navigators also share information on understanding high blood pressure and other health services you might be interested to explore.

What We Do

Our project recruits and trains a dedicated group of volunteers who engage with those most in need. It’s a community outreach programme and conduct sessions at events, group meetings and local workplaces.

How We Help

Through our Health Navigators Project, we aim to make a real difference in the lives of Sutton residents. We believe that early health intervention and support can have a huge impact on health outcomes and quality of life of local people.
