A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers, Caroline and Vincentia, who recently spent time in the office helping us contact previous clients of our Benefit Form Filling Project. 

As well as supporting people to complete often lengthy and complex benefit application forms, it is important for us to understand the outcomes of those applications. Caroline and Vincentia have been helping us get in touch with past clients to find out whether their claims were successful, allowing us to measure the impact of the project and report back to our funders. 

The results speak for themselves. Since the project began, our dedicated volunteers have so far helped Sutton residents secure over £1,040,000 in benefit awards. This funding has made a real difference to people living with disabilities and long-term health conditions, helping them to meet everyday living costs and improve their quality of life.
