We recruit, train and deploy volunteer mentors, matching them with mentees (students at Harris Academy - Sutton 6th Form), and providing high quality support to both so that they are well prepared and can have an effective and impactful mentoring relationship. Our mentoring is one to one, for young people aged 14-25 years old, for 1 hour, once a month, for up to a year.

The Festival Organiser has overall responsibility for organising the Festival (and the Masterclass), supported by the Festival team, principally the Festival secretary and the Festival officers. This includes ensuring that the tasks delegated to the team are carried out to time.

The HHSO has overall responsibility for liaison with the venues used by the Festival and ensuring the facilities meet the needs of the Festival. The manager also has responsibility for ensuring Health and Safety requirements are met (including First Aid), for carrying out risk assessments, liaising with Sutton Council’s Safety Group and with the British and International Federation of Festivals (BIFF) on Child Protection regulations.
