We are looking for Business Volunteers to support secondary school students, usually yr 12, to run their own company in school in our Company or Team programme. Commitment is usually 1-1.5 hours a week, normally afternoons carried out by visiting the students in school and may be some virtual meetings. You'll help students to develop employability skills and knowledge of work roles through how they develop and sell a product or service.

Offer companionship and conversation to isolated older people in Sutton, and empower them to gain a social and support network they can connect with, or to settle back at home after a stay in hospital.

As a Ward Support Volunteer, your role will be to enhance the patient's experience during their stay at The Royal Marsden (Sutton). Help us deliver the very best services and improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

Our Administration and Carer Support Volunteer will provide administrative support to our specialist Support Team, uploading contacts onto our database, preparing promotional materials and booking counselling appointments with Carers.

People affected by cancer have a lot of stress and anxiety when they are diagnosed with cancer, when they are having treatment, after treatment ends and if they are living with incurable cancer. Some patients and carers are also dealing with a life changing / limiting illness and being able to offer gentle complementary therapies can help to make them feel better and give them something to look forward to. Clients are people affected by cancer, their relatives or carers.

We are looking for people to help make a welcoming environment at our cycling sessions.

MAPS (Mentoring, Advocacy and Peer Support) is an early intervention 1-2-1 mentoring programme, run by Volunteer Centre Sutton, working with local children and young people who are facing challenging circumstances or have complex needs. Under the MAPS Mentoring project, Mentors provide each young person on the programme with a safe space and dedicated time to talk, as well as an opportunity to expand their horizons.

Sutton Mental Health Foundation is looking to recruit a volunteer secretary to the Trust Board, to support and assist the Chair and CEO. This is an important and confidential role within the Trust. The main areas of the role are, in consultation with the Chair and CEO, the preparation of all Board/AGM meetings, the preparation of Board/AGM papers, minute taking/writing up the minutes in a timely manner. Other duties include support to the Trustees, as well as updating of trustee records.
