We are looking for volunteers who can help us with garden maintenance including planting, cutting back, weeding, fence painting, sweeping up & watering the pots from March to September.

The Lead Volunteer leads and inspires the 1st Cheam Scout Group’s team of volunteers and supports the wider Group to ensure it runs effectively and provides great opportunities and fun activities for young people in ages 6yrs through to 14yrs, and that Scouting within the Group develops in accordance with the rules and policies of The Scout Association. This role can be immensely satisfying and rewarding by making a real difference to the development of young people in our community.

Be part of a team to help run our inclusive cycling sessions. You don't have to know about bikes or be able to cycle.

You will help foster the empowerment of young people from a variety of underprivileged backgrounds, showcasing their individual spirits through inclusivity and togetherness. Hope for the Young's Mentoring Programme aims to remove the obstacles vulnerable young refugees and asylum seekers face in accessing education and achieving their full potential. We train Volunteer Mentors to provide specialised support and advice according to the young person's needs.
