All Trustees require excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, strategic vision and good independent judgement. Although not limited to, we would particularly value the experience and skills in these areas : Company Secretary/Legal Experience Fundraising in the following areas – Grant, Corporate and Public Marketing Lived MH experience - desirable

A volunteer is needed to support our volunteers with learning disabilities to take part fully in our Community Allotment sessions. The support volunteer will attend Monday morning sessions at the Carshalton Community Allotment and work with individuals or small groups to help them engage with the activities on offer each session.

Whitehall Historic House is a Tudor building & has an important role in the Cheam local community. We are seeking Front of House Volunteers to welcome visitors to the building & offer a high level of customer service as they explore the House. You may be asked to lead short tours around the building to individuals & groups. Training will be provided.

Help maintain and enhance the garden at Little Holland House, a unique Arts & Crafts style house in Carshalton Beeches, designed and built by Frank Dickinson, between 1902 and 1904. The garden is integral to the history and story of the house and the Dickinson family, and we are looking for volunteers to help us keep the history and spirit of the Dickinson garden alive.

If you enjoy being outdoors and working with young children, this is the volunteer role for you! Assist with running a fun nature themed parent & toddler group at Sutton Ecology Centre, including setting up, preparing resources and crafts, and clearing up after. No experience needed, full on the job training.
