The Lead Volunteer leads and inspires the 1st Cheam Scout Group’s team of volunteers and supports the wider Group to ensure it runs effectively and provides great opportunities and fun activities for young people in ages 6yrs through to 14yrs, and that Scouting within the Group develops in accordance with the rules and policies of The Scout Association.
