What is Volunteering?
Volunteering is giving your time to support a cause, charity, or community without being paid. People volunteer to help others, meet new people, build confidence, improve wellbeing, gain skills and experience, or give something back. Opportunities can be flexible, including daytime, evening, weekend, or one-off roles, and even a small amount of time can make a big difference.

You can search for opportunities on the Volunteer Hub, sign up to receive our monthly volunteering newsletter, or speak to a volunteering advisor for personalised support and guidance.
