Volunteering roles supporting refugees and migrants: Refugee Week

Find volunteering opportunities that make a real difference to refugees, asylum seekers and newly settled migrants in Sutton.

Refugee Week in the UK (15 - 21 June 2026) aims to promote understanding, challenge misconceptions about refugees, and encourage communities to come together through shared experiences and acts of welcome. One of the most meaningful ways to get involved is by volunteering in roles that directly benefit refugees and asylum seekers and here in the London Borough of Sutton there are many volunteering opportunities available through local charities, community groups and support organisations.
