During the Autumn, Volunteer Centre Sutton has run a short-term programme of volunteering opportunities for the local Hong Kong Community, to help Hong Kongers learn and develop new skills and practice their English, as well as providing opportunities to meet local residents and get to know their local community.

Sutton offers more than 90 parks and green spaces, covering nearly 500 hectares of land and the Beddington Park Big Autumn Clean Up is just one of many events open to all that are organised throughout the year. From litter picking to bulb planting, there are plenty of opportunities for local residents to help nurture and improve our green spaces.
